Milwaukee's Veterans Day Parade

Teamsters Local 200 and Rolling Thunder Wisconsin Chapter 2 members joined together to participate in Milwaukee's Veterans Day Parade Saturday November 5th.


Our Joint Council 39 Tractor Trailer driven by Teamster Steward Jared Wolski and Rolling Thunder motorcycle riders which included;

Teamster member Tom Fox, Retiree Eric Jorgenson, Business Representative Local 695 Mark Herrmann and Business Representative Local 200 Steve Nelson, had the honor to participate in this years Veterans Day Parade. During the parade the riders escorted the JC 39 trailer and flag bearing Hummer along the parade route from 4th and Kilbourn to the Milwaukee County War Memorial.

Following the ceremonies at the War Memorial the Rolling Thunder group proceeded to the Milwaukee County Airport to meet and honor the returning World War II Veterans from their Honor Flight to Washington DC.

“This experience became the most rewarding day of my life when you saw the smiles and tears of these honored Vets,” as quoted by Business Representative Steve Nelson.

Nestle Local 200 members Ratify First Agreement

14 to 1 Margin Vote Shows Solidarity


Ready to vote their first ever Teamster contract Nestle workers in Burlington Wisconsin sent a message.

“This is the highest percentage yes vote for a contract and the largest group to participate in over 30 years” said Teamster negotiating team member Darold Lukaszewski.

Local 200 Business Representatives Jeff Bandur and Randy Monroe praised the Stewards group for their efforts on the negotiating team.

“It was a pleasure to work with this Steward group through this process,” said Jeff. “Their dedication, long hours, and knowledge of the plant, along with knowing the wishes of their co-workers was invaluable”

Some of the highlights of the new agreement were gains in wages, pension and health care contributions, along with numerous language enhancements.

The contract will run through February 15, 2017.

Congratulations to all the Local 200 Teamsters at Nestle
